6 weeks into Year 1 Semester 1
A blink and another blink and 6 weeks have just flown past. It has been a while since school started and we are more than a third of the way into the semester. It will be recess week next week, followed by the mid terms. Fortunately, they are all MCQs. Unfortunately, I believe they would be tough - very tough. Life in university is so unlike that in JC. Whoever said that university life would be a breeze should really substantiate that claim. In just 6 weeks of school, I am sure I have spent more time studying that I did in an entire term in JC. The pace here is just so quick. I cant stress enough how rigorous the curriculum is. NUS is the top university in Asia for a reason I guess. And for this reason, I am feeling so stressed. In JC, I tend to feel stress when the exams are approaching. As a last minute person, the stress would invariably vaporize with the conclusion of the last paper. In university, stress is ever present. I am so tired. Thankfully there is the SU option. Perhaps I should lament my choice of modules this semester. It is imperative that I choose the correct modules next semester. Everyone has their strengths and weakness. I should play to my strengths. Today hasn't been a good day. May tomorrow be better.
