It has been a while since I last blogged - over 1.5 years. It has been a while since I started blogging - over 12 years. Very much has transpired since I last posted regularly, around 2015 or so. Shall list down the happenings, before my memory goes fuzzy.
Nov 2013 - Grandmother passed away
Aug 2014 - Matriculated into NUS
Aug 2015 - Got into my first proper relationship (last just shy of 3 years)
Feb 2018 - Started investing (Bought S&P 500 - VUSD)
May 2018 - Graduated from NUS
Aug 2018 - Broke up (felt the full force)
Dec 2018 - Matriculated into NIE, PGDE for teacher course
May 2019 - Got together my my current girlfriend (Who I hope to me my wife)
July 2019 - Divested from VUSD, and 100% invested into TESLA
Jan-Feb 2020 - Posted to Yuhua Sec, undergone practicum.
March 2020- Passed Practicum and officially posted back to Yuhua
March 2020 - June 2020 (Covid)
Looking back, there were so much highs and lows. I wonder what the next 5 years will bring. Probably got married, became a father, left MOE? Retired?
I do not know. All I know is that the life I want to live is the life I want to live for the rest of my life. A free life, not one bounded to the cubicles. Not one where my time is beholden to an organization, but one where my time is truly mine.
30 months to freedom..
The clock is tickling, I swear I ain't hallucinating.
Really hope to start posting about my life regularly soon.
